Qualifications

1–2 years of retail experience.
Direct visual merchandising exposure of 6–12 months is highly valuable.
Able to create eye-catching window and in-store displays.
Understanding and applying brand guidelines in merchandising.
Familiarity with planograms and store aesthetics.

Responsibilities

Implement brand-specific visual merchandising standards across the assigned store/department.
Create eye-catching window and in-store displays while incorporating commercial sales opportunities.
Coordinate store displays in accordance with brand guidelines and visual strategy.
Develop floor plans designed to maximize visual impact.
Arrange merchandise, signage, fixtures and in-store layouts according to established guidelines.
Create store layouts according to merchandise categories.
Ensure products are appropriately merchandised and presented.
Photograph merchandise displays after visual changes are completed.
