2coms is looking for a Retail Salesman for a hypermarket role in Oman. Qualifications

• 1+ year in retail/hypermarket/supermarket preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting products across assigned departments.
• Explain product features, pricing, and promotions.
• Ensure proper display, labeling, and stocking of products.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales area.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Handle billing support and basic POS operations.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate for replenishment.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries.
• Cross-sell and upsell products effectively.
• Follow company policies, hygiene, and safety standards.
