Job summary

Client of Dolphin Manpower is seeking a mobile repair technician to diagnose and repair smartphones. You will identify hardware and software issues and repair or replace components such as displays, batteries, charging ports, speakers, microphones and cameras.

Additional duties include motherboard-level troubleshooting when required, software installs and updates, testing repaired devices, and safe use of diagnostic tools and repair equipment. Indian and Pakistani candidates only.

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing and repairing mobile devices.
• Ability to identify hardware and software problems.
• Skill in replacing components such as displays and batteries.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mobile phones and smartphones.
• Identify hardware and software problems.
• Repair or replace damaged components such as displays batteries charging ports speakers microphones and cameras
• Perform motherboard-level troubleshooting and component replacement when required.
• Carry out software installation updates resets and troubleshooting.
• Test repaired devices to ensure proper functionality.
• Use diagnostic tools and repair equipment safely.
