Job summary

ChatzBot Technologies International is seeking an experienced Mobile Phone Repair Technician Multi-Brand in Oman. The role requires diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing smartphones across multiple brands and models, with hands-on experience in soldering and PCB repair.

You will independently handle repairs from start to finish while delivering quality service. The ideal candidate has 2–7 years of hands-on mobile repair experience, strong hardware/software knowledge, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• ITI / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Electronics & Communication, or a related technical field is preferred.
• 2 to 7 years hands-on experience in mobile phone repair.
• Experience working with multiple mobile brands and models.
• Strong knowledge of smartphone hardware and software.
• Good troubleshooting and fault-diagnosis skills.
• Experience in soldering/micro-soldering and PCB repair is highly preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mobile phone hardware and software problems.
• Repair smartphones from multiple brands and models including Android and iOS devices.
• Handle common repairs such as display, battery, charging port, speaker, microphone, camera, buttons and other component replacements.
• Perform motherboard PCB-level troubleshooting and repair where applicable.
• Carry out soldering and micro-soldering work with proper care and precision.
• Identify faulty components and perform appropriate component IC replacement.
• Handle software-related issues such as OS problems, updates, resets and troubleshooting.
• Safely disassemble and reassemble mobile devices without causing additional damage.
• Test repaired devices thoroughly before handing them over to customers.
• Maintain proper care of tools, equipment, spare parts and customer devices.
• Keep the repair area clean and organized.
• Provide basic technical guidance to customers regarding device issues and maintenance.
• Follow proper safety procedures while handling electronic components and repair equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Repair smartphones from multiple brands and models including Android and iOS devices
• Handle common repairs such as display battery charging port speaker microphone camera buttons and other component replacements
• Perform motherboard PCB-level troubleshooting and repair where applicable
• Carry out soldering and micro-soldering work with proper care and precision
• Identify faulty components and perform appropriate component IC replacement
• Handle software-related issues such as OS problems updates resets and troubleshooting
• Safely disassemble and reassemble mobile devices without causing additional damage

• Experience in soldering/micro-soldering and PCB repair is highly preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Willingness to relocate and work in Oman .
• Educational QualificationITI / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Electronics & Communication, or a related technical field is preferred.
• Candidates with strong relevant hands-on mobile repair experience may also be considered irrespective of formal qualification.
