Job summary

Muscat Elite is seeking a talented Mixologist to join its hospitality team. You will craft classic cocktails and signature creations, delivering exceptional guest experiences within a private members' club.

Working closely with culinary and events teams, you will maintain the highest standards of drink quality, presentation, and service, while mentoring junior bar staff and contributing to memorable member events.

Qualifications

• Experience as Mixologist/Bartender in premium hospitality environments.
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and modern techniques.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a talented and creative Mixologist to join our hospitality team. From expertly preparing classic cocktails to developing signature creations, you'll play an integral role in delivering memorable experiences for our members and guests. Working closely with the wider hospitality and culinary teams, you'll help maintain the highest standards of quality, presentation, and personalized service.

Key Responsibilities

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with a genuine passion for mixology and hospitality who takes pride in creating exceptional guest experiences.

You’ll ideally have:

• Previous experience as a Mixologist, Bartender, or in a premium hospitality environment.
• A strong knowledge of classic cocktails, modern mixology techniques, and premium non-alcoholic beverages.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• A creative approach to flavour combinations, presentation, and beverage innovation.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience training or mentoring junior team members is an advantage.
• High standards of professionalism, presentation, and attention to detail.
• Relevant food safety or beverage service certifications are desirable.
• Fluency in English (additional language skills are an advantage).
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and special club events.
