Job summary

Jobgether, acting on behalf of a partner, is seeking a Middle to Senior Python Developer based in Saudi Arabia to build high-performance backend systems in an iGaming technology environment. You will work with Python and Django on scalable services and own backend components from design to production.

You will integrate payment methods, data providers, and automated communications while collaborating with an international team. This full-time contractor role offers growth and global exposure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial software development experience.
• Strong professional knowledge of Python 3.x and Django.
• Experience designing and developing complex, highly loaded, and scalable systems.
• Strong understanding of general software engineering principles, including design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
• Intermediate English proficiency or higher, with the ability to collaborate effectively in an international environment.
• Experience in the iGaming or sports betting industry.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve technical challenges quickly and efficiently.
• High level of independence, responsibility, initiative, and attention to detail.
• Flexible yet systematic approach to solving complex engineering problems.
• Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases, with an understanding of their respective characteristics and use cases, is a plus.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, RabbitMQ, and Redis is beneficial given the existing technology environment.
