Job summary

SecureLine is seeking a Merchandising Coordinator in Muscat, Oman. You will plan and execute merchandising strategies for our retail stores, source new products with the buying team, and create displays that attract customers.

You will monitor inventory, analyze sales data, train staff, and collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns that drive sales, while upholding high visual standards across stores.

Merchandising Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute merchandising strategies for our retail stores in Muscat
• Work closely with the buying team to identify and source new products
• Create visually appealing displays that showcase our products and attract customers
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely restocking
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for future merchandising strategies
• Train store staff on proper merchandising techniques and provide ongoing support
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards
• Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional campaigns that drive sales

Requirements

• Previous experience as a merchandiser or in a similar role, preferably in the retail industry
• Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and trends
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high visual standards in stores
• Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Salary: 1200$

Location: Muscat, Oman.
