Salary: 1,500 USD per month, negotiable based on experience. We provide ongoing training and support to help you grow in your role as a Junior Merchandiser.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, preferably in retail or marketing.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Basic knowledge of merchandising principles is a plus, but not required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Assist with creating and maintaining visual displays to showcase products.
• Conduct market research to identify current trends and customer preferences.
• Collaborate with the buying team to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking.
• Work with vendors to negotiate pricing and promotions.
• Maintain accurate records of sales data and analyze performance metrics.
• Assist with product photography and editing for online platforms.
• Participate in product meetings to provide input on potential new items.
