Merchandiser for Retail Store in Salalah, Oman



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Merchandiser to join our team at our retail store in Salalah, Oman. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing effective merchandising strategies to drive sales and attract customers. Your duties will include creating eye-catching displays, monitoring inventory levels, conducting market research, and collaborating with suppliers and sales teams. The ideal candidate must have experience in visual merchandising, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. This is a contract position with a salary of 1400$ per month, without accommodation provided. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Merchandiser in a retail setting
- Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques and current market trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in Malayalam is preferred but not required
- Must have valid work permit or be eligible for visa sponsorship
