Job summary

AMJAAD ENGINEERING AND CONTRACTING is seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to lead on-site MEP execution for GCC hotel and commercial projects. The role requires hands-on coordination with contractors and stakeholders to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and schedules.

Ideal candidates have 8–11 years in MEP site execution, GCC project experience, and are currently working as a Site Execution Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Execute Mechanical works at site for hotel and commercial building projects.
• Ensure activities follow drawings, specifications and timelines.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors and stakeholders for smooth execution.
• Monitor daily site activities and ensure quality, safety and compliance standards are maintained.
• Prepare site reports, progress updates and documentation.
• Identify and resolve technical issues during project execution.

Must be working as a Site Execution Engineer; Candidates from maintenance or commissioning backgrounds are not suitable
