Job summary

Gender in Oman Muscat seeks a Logistics & Materials Engineer to plan, coordinate, and control materials and logistics to meet project schedules and quality standards.

You will work with drilling, engineering, procurement, vendors and site teams to ensure timely delivery, proper storage, and HSSE compliance; requires a bachelor in mechanical eng and 5+ years in similar roles. Strong Excel and logistics software skills are essential, with attention to detail and good communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years relevant experience in materials/logistics role.
• Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English.
• Strong understanding of materials management and drilling procedures.
• Proficient with MS Office and logistics software.

Responsibilities

• Review material requisitions and specifications for compliance.
• Coordinate with drilling/engineering teams for substitutions and queries.
• Ensure materials are procured, stored and handled per specs.
• Maintain material traceability, certifications, and documentation.
