About the Role
We are looking for a creative and ambitious Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing promotional campaigns, and enhancing our brand presence across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies (traditional and digital).
- Plan, execute, and monitor promotional campaigns from ideation to reporting.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns through Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads Manager to optimize ROI.
- Oversee and grow social media accounts, including content calendars, publishing, and community engagement.
- Create and deliver creative content (written, visual, video) aligned with the brand identity.
- Conduct data analysis using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc., and provide monthly performance reports.
- Research market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and campaigns.
- Prepare professional marketing presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with sales teams to support campaigns and achieve sales targets.
- Organize and manage marketing events (online and offline).
- Stay updated on the latest marketing tools, trends, and best practices.
- Build relationships with influencers, media, and external partners to boost brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in both digital and traditional marketing (minimum 3 years).
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads Manager.
- Hands-on experience in creating and managing paid campaigns with measurable results.
- Strong content creation and storytelling skills.
- Analytical skills with proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
- Excellent presentation skills (PowerPoint/Keynote).
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

- Growth in engagement rate across digital channels.
- Achievement of campaign performance metrics (CTR, Conversion Rate, ROI).
- Increase in followers and targeted audience base quarterly.
- Timely execution of monthly content calendars.
