Job summary

Alkhorayef is seeking a Marketing professional to execute the approved plan and coordinate content across profiles, brochures, and websites. The role emphasizes brand consistency, agency oversight, and timely delivery of campaigns in a dynamic B2B environment.

The successful candidate will manage social media calendars, support PR and IPO communications, coordinate events, and track budgeted expenditures. A Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field and 5 years of experience are required,

• Ensure brand consistency by reviewing agency outputs and guiding corrections.
• Oversee social media calendars, content accuracy, and post approvals.
• Support PR and IPO communications, archive press releases and media reports.
• Coordinate events, booth materials, and supplier collaboration.
• Track budgets and process purchase requisitions and PO follow-ups.
• Maintain regional marketing supplier contacts and monitor deliverables.

Job description

• Marketing execution: Execute assigned activities within the approved marketing plan, manage timelines, and follow through to completion.
• Corporate content: Coordinate and consolidate updates to company profiles, brochures, catalogues, presentations, videos, and website content. Obtain technical approval from the relevant business teams and submit materials for final marketing approval.
• Brand consistency and quality: Check agency outputs for messaging, accuracy, language, and compliance with brand guidelines, coordinate corrections, and submit them for final approval.
• Social media: Coordinate the execution of approved social media plans and content calendars. Check content accuracy, submit posts for approval before publication, archive published posts, and track agency deliverables and performance. Any changes to the approved plan or content require approval from the Global Senior Marketing & Communication Manager.
• PR and IPO communications: Support the execution of approved communications activities and consolidate and archive approved press releases, media monitoring reports, and coverage records before and after the IPO. Including spoke persons interviews archiving.
• Events and exhibitions: Coordinate marketing materials, booth graphics, corporate branding guidelines, screen content, promotional materials, and suppliers in line with approved event plans and materials.
• Agency and supplier coordination: Track delivery against approved scopes, deadlines, and quality requirements; elevate delays or issues; and maintain an updated regional marketing supplier contact list.
• Budget tracking and reporting: maintain activity trackers, consolidate marketing expenses reports based on actual PR’s and PO’s.
• Purchase Requisitions & Purchase Order Follow-up: Prepare and submit purchase requisitions for approved Marketing requirements through the established approval process and maintain accurate records of annual marketing expenditure.

Skills and Qualifications:

5 years of relevant marketing experience.
