Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Conduct in-depth market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
  • Design and implement targeted marketing campaigns for individual properties, utilizing online and offline advertising, signage, and promotional materials
  • Collaborate with real estate agents and property managers to ensure effective promotion and optimal property showcasing
  • Create compelling property listings across multiple platforms, including websites, social media channels, and print media
  • Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including website management, SEO, PPC advertising, email campaigns, and social media activities
  • Strengthen and maintain the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all communication channels
  • Implement lead generation strategies to attract prospective buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources
