We’re recruiting an experienced 'Marketing Manager' to join a well-known real estate company based in Muscat, Oman.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Conduct in-depth market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
- Design and implement targeted marketing campaigns for individual properties, utilizing online and offline advertising, signage, and promotional materials
- Collaborate with real estate agents and property managers to ensure effective promotion and optimal property showcasing
- Create compelling property listings across multiple platforms, including websites, social media channels, and print media
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including website management, SEO, PPC advertising, email campaigns, and social media activities
- Strengthen and maintain the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all communication channels
- Implement lead generation strategies to attract prospective buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
- Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources
- Track expenses and measure ROI for marketing activities, refining strategies as required
- Lead public relations efforts, including media engagement, press releases, and event management
- Build and nurture relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and reputation
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Marketing
- 10–12 years of proven experience in marketing, with a strong track record of delivering measurable results
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with property developers in Oman or other Gulf countries
