AP Recyclers (SFZ) LLC seeks a Quality Engineer to monitor and maintain product quality across the manufacturing process, ensuring adherence to ISO IMS 9001 14001 45001 standards and conducting inspections as per specifications.

You will prepare reports, support audits, and drive continuous improvement while coordinating with production and cross-functional teams on quality issues on the shop floor.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in quality engineering in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 documentation and audit procedures.
• Experience conducting root cause analysis and CAPA implementation.
• Ability to prepare quality reports, NCRs, and corrective action reports.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work independently and in a team.

Mansioni

• Monitor and maintain product quality throughout the manufacturing process.
• Ensure implementation and adherence to defined quality standards and procedures.
• Conduct in-process and final product inspections per specifications.
• Handle quality inspection testing measurement and reporting activities.
• Maintain ISO IMS 9001 14001 45001 documentation records and procedures.
• Support internal and external customer and certification audits.
• Coordinate with production teams to identify and reduce defects.
• Prepare quality reports, inspection records, NCRs and corrective action reports.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for quality issues and customer complaints.
• Implement and monitor CAPA.
• Ensure compliance with customer specifications and company quality standards.
• Monitor process and product quality trends and support continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate quality records using MS Excel and ERP.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues.
• Ensure proper implementation of quality control procedures on the shop floor.
