Job summary

PeopleStrong is seeking experienced NDT professionals to develop, qualify, and approve nondestructive testing procedures in Oman. The role ensures compliance with ASME, AWS, ASTM and other standards, validating PAUT and TOFD blocks per customer specs, and reviewing inspection reports and certificates.

You will train Level I and II technicians, ensure thorough understanding of procedures, and maintain quality manuals and NDT documentation while resolving on-site issues in coordination with the

Qualifications

• Develop, qualify, and approve NDT procedures.
• Establish techniques and ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards (ASME, AWS, ASTM).
• Demonstrate procedure compliance by validating PAUT and TOFD blocks per customer requirements and standards.
• Review inspection reports and certificates.
• Train and supervise Level I and II technicians as per company written practice.
• Ensure personnel understand procedures and techniques thoroughly.
• Maintain and audit quality manuals and NDT documentation.
• Resolve day-to-day problems at site in coordination with client.
• Conduct detailed reviews and approvals of inspection data to ensure accuracy and compliance with customer requirements and industry standards.

• Carry out investigations and provide corrective actions for non-conformances or customer complaints.
• Carry out technical audits and witness monitoring.
