Job Position : Manager � Debt Finance Group

Job Description :

The Debt Finance Group handles complex corporate finance advisory and project finance advisory transactions including syndications, structuring and placement of fixed income, structured finance transactions and sharia compliant transactions.

Responsibilities
�Analyse and develop a deep understanding of the business of the Debt Finance Group�s clients and understand clients� objectives for the transaction.
�Analyse and develop complex financial models for transactions generally for privately held companies with multiple business divisions and revenue streams in various geographies.
�Analyse markets, industries and corporates and generate outputs.
�Prepare financing strategy reports based on quantitative and qualitative factors and market realities.
�Prepare information memoranda, marketing materials/presentations and term sheets for transactions.
�Support in syndication and placement of transactions.
�Support in review and negotiation of transaction documentation
�Lead and coordinate on transaction execution.
�Interact with regulators such as the Capital Market Authority and the Central Bank and other advisors on transactions.
�Contribute to the Debt Finance Group through business development and generation of ideas.

Skills
�CA or Masters in Business Administration (MBA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or similar qualification.
�Specialized post-qualification experience of 3 to 5 years ideally in the area of financial modeling, financial analysis and due diligence.
�Excellent financial modeling and financial analysis skills.
�Excellent report writing skills.
�Excellent oral and written communication skills and presentation skills.
�Ability to work under tight deadlines in a competitive environment and produce high-quality output.
�Strong team player.
�Initiative and ability to generate ideas and carry the same forward.
�Documentation experience including information memoranda, terms sheets and loan documentation.
�Experience in independently managing complex transactions is preferable.
