Job Description

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Energy Trading, Digital Transformation, and Manpower Solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with key clients, partners, and government entities in Oman and the Middle East.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and client base in target sectors.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to shape business decisions.
  • Drive and deliver revenue targets aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across marketing, finance, and tech for solution delivery.
  • Lead customer engagements and ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Represent KREATE at industry events, exhibitions, and forums.
  • Prepare and maintain reports on pipeline, performance, and market intelligence.
  • Contribute to the development of new manpower business models.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Omani national, based in or willing to relocate to Muscat.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Business Development, ideally in the Energy, Technology, and Manpower sectors.
  • Strong network within Oman and the broader Middle East.
  • Prior experience in onsite business development roles in the MEA region.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in English and Arabic.
  • Knowledge of SDLC, web/mobile applications, and Manpower services.
  • Proactive, goal-oriented, and skilled at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
