Maintenance Planner - OXY Projects in OMAN

Planning & Coordination:

• Develop, implement, and track preventive maintenance schedules.
• Assist the Company in maintenance planning, scheduling, and coordination during normal operations and turnarounds.
• Ensure availability of tools, tackles, and spare parts by coordinating with Company personnel and inventory teams.
• Develop and maintain maintenance schedules based on operational priorities and equipment criticality.
• Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams to schedule maintenance Activities without disrupting production.
• Identify resource requirements for maintenance tasks and ensure timely Procurement of materials and equipment.
• Monitor maintenance progress and address any scheduling conflicts or delays to maintain adherence to timelines.
• Analyze maintenance data and performance metrics to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of required materials and spare parts.
• Participate in planning meetings and contribute insights to optimize maintenance plans and schedules.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on maintenance schedules, progress, and any deviations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, schedules, and performance reports.
• Continuously review and refine maintenance planning processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate logs, checklists, and equipment history in compliance with statutory and Company standards.
• Prepare bills of materials (BoMs), maintenance reports, vibration reports, and compliance documentation.
