Job summary

NexaVision in Salalah, Oman is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to operate and maintain production machinery, set up machines to meet production requirements, monitor operations, and conduct quality checks on finished products.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, can read blueprints, understands basic mechanical systems, and has the stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects. Flexibility for shifts is required; freshers are welcome.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints or schematics.
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems and tools.
• Attention to detail and precision in work.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects if necessary.
• Flexibility to work different shifts if needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up machines according to production requirements.
• Monitor machine operations and adjust as needed.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products.
• Troubleshoot and repair machine issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety protocols and regulations.
• Keep track of inventory and report shortages or malfunctions.
