Job summary

MapleGroves in Nizwa, Oman is seeking a Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will operate various machines, monitor the production line, and help maintain product quality and workplace safety.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, basic mechanical understanding, and good English communication. Experience is welcome but not required; willingness to work weekends is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of machine mechanics and troubleshooting.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic a plus).
• Willing to work flexible hours including weekends if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines and equipment in accordance with company guidelines.
• Monitor production process and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
• Ensure products meet quality standards.
• Follow safety procedures at all times.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines as needed.
