Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar operational role.
• More than 200 hours of night sailing experience required.
• Ability to steer vessels and operate electronic navigation equipment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily transport operations for guests and staff.
• Supervise seaplane transfers and coordinate logistics.
• Inspect vehicles and seaplanes for safety compliance.

Skills

Yacht Master or equivalent

Experience in luxury hotels

Knowledge of navigation charts

Technical skills in transport operation

Education

Day Skipper or equivalent
