Job summary

Faena The Red Sea seeks an Assistant Director of Sales to guide the luxury sales strategy and revenue performance across key segments in KSA, GCC, and international markets.

The role leads day-to-day sales activities, manages high-value accounts, and partners with Revenue Management, Marketing, and Events to maximize rooms, villas, and group business while upholding Faena’s ultra-luxury positioning.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive luxury hospitality sales experience across multiple segments.
• Leadership roles in luxury/hospitality sales are preferred.
• Strong network and market knowledge across KSA and GCC.
• Proven track record in securing high-value accounts and VIP business.
• Fluent in English and Arabic; professional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the hotel's annual sales strategy and segment action plans.
• Drive business development across luxury leisure, corporate, government, groups, MICE, and other segments.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value accounts and prospect new opportunities across KSA, GCC, and international markets.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management, Marketing, Events, Reservations, and Operations to align sales and operations.
• Maintain accurate account plans, pipelines, and CRM data; prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
• Represent Faena The Red Sea at trade shows, roadshows, and client events to drive brand and revenue.
