Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests, provide accurate information on food and beverage offerings.
• Take guest orders and ensure timely service.
• Support daily restaurant operations through proper table setup and clearance, mise-en-place, side-station organization.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards and safe handling of food, beverages, and service equipment.
• Maintain professional communication with guests and colleagues; attend required trainings.
• Demonstrate flexibility and teamwork to support operational requirements.
