Job summary

Alila Jabal Akhdar is seeking a Waiter to join our Food & Beverage team. You will provide professional, attentive, and personalized service to guests while ensuring restaurant operations run efficiently according to hotel standards.

Responsibilities include welcoming guests, informing on food & beverage offerings, accommodating guest preferences and special requests, and maintaining high service levels throughout dining experiences. Training and teamwork across the department are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Food & Beverage role is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Professional, guest-focused and service-oriented approach.
• Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests, provide information on food and beverage offerings.
• Take care of guest preferences and special requests.
• Support daily restaurant operations through proper table setup and clearance, mise-en-place, and side-station organization.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards and handle service equipment safely.
• Maintain professional communication with guests and colleagues, and participate in required training.
