The ideal candidate is fluent in English, able to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and can work independently on visa requirements in Oman. No formal experience is required, and training opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Fluent English is required for guest interactions and inquiries.
• Visa holder and able to work independently in Oman.
• Previous customer service experience is appreciated but not mandatory.

Responsibilities
