Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 3 years experience in the security/loss prevention or related professional area.
• OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Criminal Justice or related major; 1 year experience in the security/loss prevention or related professional area.

Responsibilities

• Assists in managing security operations and emergency procedures.
• Deploys security staff to monitor and protect property assets.
• Complies with Corporate Security guidelines and SOPs; documents incidents.
• Conducts periodic patrols of property and parking areas; ensures security equipment is functioning.
• Handles guest problems and complaints and resolves conflicts.
• Implements action plans to monitor and control risk.

Education
