This Full time on site position offers great opportunities for career growth. We are seeking a qualified and experienced Electrical Engineer – Maintenance to join our team and oversee the electrical maintenance and technical operations across the company’s buildings, properties, and units.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all electrical maintenance activities across the company’s buildings, properties, and units.
• Conduct regular site visits to all company locations, buildings, and units to inspect electrical systems, equipment, and overall maintenance requirements.
• Identify electrical faults, assess their causes, and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Receive, review, and follow up on maintenance requests and complaints from customers and tenants.
• Communicate and coordinate directly with customers and tenants regarding maintenance issues and provide appropriate responses and updates.
• Monitor and follow up on all required maintenance works to ensure they are completed properly, on time, and according to the required standards.
• Coordinate with electricians, technicians, contractors, and external service providers and supervise their work when required.
• Follow up on preventive and corrective maintenance activities and ensure proper maintenance schedules are maintained.
• Respond to urgent and emergency maintenance issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare regular reports regarding site inspections, electrical issues, maintenance activities, pending works, and completed jobs.
• Monitor the requirements for electrical materials, spare parts, and maintenance equipment and coordinate their availability when required.
• Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with applicable health and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with the Property Management, Administration, Finance, and other relevant departments regarding maintenance requirements, costs, contractors, and related matters.
• Follow up on customer and tenant complaints and ensure that appropriate solutions are provided.
• Maintain proper records of maintenance requests, inspections, repairs, and completed works.
• Perform any other maintenance and technical duties assigned by management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in electrical maintenance, building maintenance, or property management.
• Good knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
• Ability to manage and follow up on maintenance activities across multiple sites simultaneously.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with customers, tenants, technicians, and contractors.
• Good reporting and organizational skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Valid driving license is preferred.
• Ability and willingness to travel between company sites as required.
