NextSolutions in Al Buraymi, Oman is seeking an experienced Long-Haul Truck Driver to transport goods over long distances, ensuring timely and safe delivery while complying with traffic regulations. The role requires handling cross-border routes and maintaining logs and vehicle records.

The position is full-time with accommodation provided. Candidates must have at least 2 years of trucking experience, a biometric passport, and good English or Malayalam communication skills.

Qualifications

• Valid biometric passport.
• Minimum 12th pass or equivalent education.
• Must have at least 2 years of experience as a truck driver.
• Must be physically fit and able to handle heavy loads.
• Good communication skills in English or Malayalam for Malayalee candidates.
• Good knowledge of road safety regulations and traffic laws.

Responsibilities

• Transport goods and materials over long distances sometimes across borders.
• Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and perform basic maintenance tasks.
• Plan routes and meet delivery schedules while ensuring safety of goods and vehicle.
• Keep accurate records of mileage fuel consumption and other relevant information.
• Communicate with dispatchers other drivers and customers as needed.
