Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Management of legal matters of the company in general and employees enquiries.
• Agreement preparation and monitoring from the legal point of view.
• Be in contact with law firms and external consultants.
• Provide internal training of legal scope.
• Documentary management of the department.
• Collaboration in the implementation of the regulatory compliance system.
• Regulations and procedures preparation, as well as monitoring thereof, ensuring that the activities of the company meet the law's criteria.
• Weekly reports.

• Experience in a big international organization, familiar with operational environment.
• Teamwork player.
• Consultancy skills with experience in advising on various legal issues.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• Native or very fluent English level.
• Master in international business law will be assessed.
• Minimum experience of 3 years developing similar functions in multinational company or office, preferably in commercial area.
