Job summary

Dragoni Design Lab in Nizwa, Ad Dakhiliyah Governorate, Oman, is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead end-to-end design initiatives on-site. Join a creative team shaping product experiences across digital and physical touchpoints with a strong emphasis on user-centered design.

You will mentor junior designers, build design systems, and collaborate with product managers, engineers, and marketers to translate business goals into compelling designs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Product Design or related field.
• Proven experience as a senior Product Designer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating product design and UX/UI capabilities.
• Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Sketch.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product design process from research to delivery.
• Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Develop personas, journeys, IA, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Create intuitive product experiences across digital and physical touchpoints.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, marketers, and stakeholders.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to design processes.
