Job summary

Tandem Interim is looking for a Junior UX / Product Designer in Muscat, Oman. This contract role involves collaborating with Product Owners, designing user flows and prototypes in Figma, and working closely with developers. The ideal candidate has 1 to 3 years of experience in UX design, strong skills in Figma and excellent communication in Arabic and English. This position offers direct mentorship and the opportunity to work on impactful national-level transformation initiatives.,

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in UX or Product Design.
• Strong fundamentals in Figma for creating user interfaces.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite for visual assets.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to think in systems and design complete user flows.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Owners to understand user needs.
• Design user flows, wireframes, and prototypes in Figma.
• Support workshops using tools like FigJam or Miro.
• Work closely with developers to ensure feasibility of designs.
• Communicate design decisions to stakeholders.
