OQ is seeking a Team Lead MAF - Process Engineering in Muscat, Oman. You will lead the process engineering group, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and coordinate with internal clients to optimize plant performance and reliability.

The role requires 8–10 years in Oil & Gas or Refinery environments, strong leadership, and expertise in SAP, PI, and LIMS. Excellent English communication is essential; Arabic is desirable. Reports to Head of Process Engineering with 5 direct reports.

Formación

• Eight to ten years of relevant experience in oil & gas / refinery settings.
• Experience leading process engineering teams and projects.
• Strong knowledge of process optimization, data analysis, and benchmarking.
• Proficient in SAP and process engineering tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate Process Engineering services for MAF under Head Engineering Services.
• Mentor and supervise 5 direct reports including engineers at various levels.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives and process optimizations.
• Provide technical leadership for design reviews, RCA, and HAZOP participation.
• Prepare scope of work, budgets, and performance reports for management.
