Qualifications

Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a fast-paced restaurant setting
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team
In-depth knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to work well under pressure in a high-volume kitchen environment
Fluent in English; knowledge of Filipino or Nepali languages is an advantage

Responsibilities

Plan and develop menus in collaboration with the restaurant management
Oversee the preparation and cooking of all dishes according to recipes and quality standards
Manage inventory and ensure proper stock levels of ingredients and supplies
