Job summary

Experience seeks a seasoned Data Management professional to provide expert ownership of standards for Upstream Operated Assets - Planning & Performance. You will coordinate with vendors and government bodies to receive, QC, store, and publish Well, Log, and Reservoir data, and develop AI/ML tools to optimize cost and production.

You will work with subsurface and engineering teams to apply data science techniques, ensure governance, and maintain high data quality across upstream applications.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in information technology and relevant business disciplines.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or engineering; postgraduate degree preferred.
• Experience with document management applications and large live data sets.
• Proficient in English; Arabic language desirable.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end process for maintenance of Subsurface Databases.
• Manage well and reservoir data in shared drives.
• Collaborate with vendors to receive, QC, store and publish data.
• Develop and implement upstream data operating model and data standards.
• Define and govern data stewardship for upstream data assets.
• Contribute to upstream data strategy and governance initiatives.
• Promote data management principles via training and awareness.
