Job summary

L&T Hydrocarbon Engineering in Oman seeks a Construction Execution Lead to supervise day-to-day fabrication yard activities, including structural fabrication, fit-up and welding, assembly and erection of modules, jackets, outfitting and pre-commissioning. You will ensure work adheres to approved drawings and procedures.

You will collaborate with planning to align with schedules, secure drawings revisions, materials, manpower and equipment, and develop daily and weekly work plans.

Responsibilities

• Construction Execution Supervise day-to-day fabrication yard activities including Structural fabrication Fit-up and welding Assembly and erection of modules jackets Outfitting and pre-commissioning activities Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and procedures
• Planning amp Work Coordination Coordinate with planning team to execute work as per schedule Ensure availability of Drawings latest revisions Materials Manpower and equipment Prepare daily and weekly work plans
• Productivity amp Resource Management Monitor workforce productivity and optimize resource utilization Ensure efficient deployment of manpower tools and equipment Identify and remove bottlenecks affecting progress
• Quality Compliance Ensure fabrication activities comply with Project specifications Approved WPS PQR QA QC procedures Coordinate with QA QC team for inspections and clearances Address quality issues and ensure rectification
• Safety Management Enforce strict adherence to HSE standards and procedures Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings Ensure safe working practices in all yard activities lifting welding blasting etc Report and manage incidents and near misses
