Job summary

VirtualWorks Hub in Salalah is seeking a skilled Body Repair Master to join our auto body repair shop. You will repair and restore damaged vehicle bodies to their original condition with focus on quality and efficiency.

The role requires extensive repair technique knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and with a team. English fluency is expected; driving license is preferred. This full-time position offers growth opportunities and a competitive monthly salary.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years experience as a Body Repair Technician or similar role.
Extensive knowledge of different body repair techniques, tools and materials.
Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work in a timely manner.
Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently.
Valid driving license preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough evaluations of damaged vehicles and develop repair plans.
Perform various body repair tasks including dent removal, metal shaping, welding and painting.
Ensure all repairs are completed within the given time frame and meet industry standards.
Communicate effectively with customers regarding the repair process and provide exceptional customer service.
Keep track of inventory for necessary materials and order supplies when needed.
Train and mentor junior technicians on proper repair techniques.
