Accor is seeking an experienced Saudi Laundry Supervisor to oversee all laundry operations in Jeddah. You will lead a dedicated team, drive quality, and ensure safe, efficient workflows in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining productivity while upholding safety standards. This is a full-time on-site role within a respected hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Saudi Nationality is required.
• Experience in laundry operations or a similar supervisory role.
• Proven track record of managing and motivating teams.
• Strong knowledge of laundry processes, textile care standards, and equipment operation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily laundry operations.
• Lead, train, and mentor laundry staff.
• Monitor quality and ensure items meet established standards and customer specifications.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows.
• Manage inventory of laundry supplies, chemicals, and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
• Track and report on productivity, quality, and labor costs.
• Communicate effectively with other departments to address customer needs and resolve issues.
• Conduct regular staff training on proper techniques, safety procedures, and company policies.
