Hilton is seeking a Laundry Supervisor to lead daily laundry and uniform operations, ensuring clean linens and uniforms for guests and staff. The role emphasizes hospitality excellence, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced hotel environment.

As a Laundry Supervisor, you’re not just supervising daily laundry and/or uniform operations– you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest. operations

Responsibilities

Here’s what you'll do during a typical day:

• Supervise day-to-day laundry team operations: Lead, train, and oversee Laundry and Uniform team members to maintain a consistent supply of clean linens and uniforms
• Manage uniform distribution: Oversee ordering, distribution, and inventory of team member uniforms
• Oversee linen processing: Assign, supervise, and assist with tasks such as collecting, sorting, weighing, loading, unloading, ironing, folding, and storing linens while ensuring proper equipment maintenance
• Monitor quality and efficiency: Track linen quality, inventory levels, stain and damage rates, and production reports, ensuring timely rewashing, repairs, and reordering as needed
• Optimize productivity: Assign machinery, equipment, and work areas while maintaining productivity records, including hourly production metrics
