Job summary

Workato, Inc. is seeking a skilled Land Surveyor for our Al Buraymi, Oman team. You will conduct field surveys, collect data, and prepare maps and reports to support construction projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.

Responsibilities include operating total stations, GPS receivers, and AutoCAD for 2D/3D drawings, communicating with clients, and preparing easements and property descriptions while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in land surveying or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience as a land surveyor.
• Proficient in surveying equipment and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of Oman land surveying laws preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed land surveys using total stations, GPS, and digital levels.
• Analyze data to create maps, plans, and reports.
• Communicate with clients to understand requirements and provide updates.
• Create 2D/3D drawings of survey data in AutoCAD.
• Verify accuracy of survey data through field measurements and calculations.
• Prepare legal documents such as easements and property descriptions.
• Ensure compliance with Oman land surveying laws and regulations.
