Workato, Inc. is seeking a skilled Land Surveyor for our Al Buraymi, Oman team. You will conduct field surveys, collect data, and prepare maps and reports to support construction projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.

Responsibilities include operating total stations, GPS receivers, and AutoCAD for 2D/3D drawings, communicating with clients, and preparing easements and property descriptions while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in land surveying or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience as a land surveyor.
• Proficient in surveying equipment and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of Oman land surveying laws preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Land surveyor vacancy in Al Buraymi Oman

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Al Buraymi, Oman. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and collecting data on land to support construction projects and land development. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Land Surveyor looking for a challenging role in Al Buraymi.

• Conduct detailed surveys of land using specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and digital levels
• Collect and analyze data to create accurate maps, plans, and reports
• Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide progress updates
• Use software programs such as AutoCAD to create 2D and 3D drawings of survey data
• Verify the accuracy of survey data through field measurements and calculations
• Prepare legal documents such as easements, right-of-way agreements, and property descriptions
• Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations related to land surveying

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in land surveying or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a land surveyor
• Proficient in using surveying equipment and software programs such as AutoCAD
• Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to land surveying in Oman is preferred
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with clients and team members

Salary

Starting salary for this position is 1200$ per month.
