Job summary

FutureTech is hiring a Land Surveyor to join our team in Khasab, Oman. You will conduct surveys to determine property boundaries, topographical features and other relevant information, and prepare reports for clients.

No prior experience is required as training will be provided. The role requires a degree or diploma in surveying, familiarity with surveying equipment and software, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in surveying or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience as a land surveyor.
• Familiarity with surveying equipment and software.
• Ability to read and interpret maps, plans and legal documents.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Conduct surveys to determine property boundaries, topographical features and other relevant information.
• Use GPS receivers, total stations and digital levels.
• Analyze survey data and prepare reports for clients.
• Create detailed maps using computer software.
• Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates.
• Ensure compliance with all legal regulations pertaining to land surveys.
