Job summary

Ecojob in Oman is seeking a Contract Construction Manager to oversee all aspects of construction projects in Khasab. You will manage subcontractors, coordinate with suppliers, monitor progress, and ensure safety and quality are upheld. A Bachelor's in Civil Engineering and Middle East experience are preferred.

The role requires strong leadership, the ability to manage multiple projects, and delivering within budget and schedule. Accommodation is not provided as part of this contract.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field is required.
• Proven experience as a Construction Manager in the Middle East region is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining detail and quality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects in Khasab, Oman.
• Manage subcontractors and ensure timelines and quality standards.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely material delivery.
• Monitor progress and address delays or issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations at all times.
• Collaborate with teams to develop cost-effective construction solutions.
• Provide regular updates to clients on project status.
