Job Title: Contract Construction Manager

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in Khasab. As a Contract Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing the overall construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from start to finish
• Develop project schedules and budgets and monitor progress
• Oversee all aspects of construction including budget management, material procurement, and personnel management
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
• Communicate project updates to relevant parties including clients and senior management
• Resolve conflicts or disputes that may arise during the construction process

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager in a contract role
