Job summary

GlobalProcure in Muscat seeks an Entry-Level Construction Manager to support senior managers and learn the ins and outs of project management on active construction sites.

You will coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors, monitor progress, review plans, and conduct site visits to ensure safety and quality. English communication is essential; Malayalee candidates are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• English communication skills required; Malayalee candidates preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Prior construction experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior construction managers in planning, organizing, and overseeing construction projects.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to meet timelines.
• Monitor progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Review project plans, drawings, and specifications to identify issues and suggest solutions.
• Conduct site visits for quality control and safety compliance.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain accurate project expense records.
