Al Tashkeel International LLC in Oman seeks a junior accountant to support daily accounting tasks and ensure accurate financial records. You will handle journal entries, invoices, and payment transactions, while tracking supplier payments and customer balances to keep accounts up to date.

You will assist with bank reconciliations, invoicing, VAT compliance, and monthly reports, collaborating with sales and operations to maintain organized, compliant finances.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• Good understanding of bookkeeping, debit and credit entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation.
• English working proficiency; Arabic an added advantage.

Mansioni

• Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, journal entries, invoices, receipts and payments.
• Track supplier payments, customer balances, and follow up on pending transactions.
• Reconcile bank statements and assist with monthly financial reports.
• Prepare and verify sales invoices, purchase entries and other financial documents.
• Coordinate stock-related transactions with sales and inventory teams.
• Support VAT documentation and compliance in line with Oman regulations.
• Identify discrepancies and help maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with accounts, sales and operations teams to ensure smooth processes.
