Qualifications

Job Description:

  • Supervise and manage the bread production section, ensuring quality, consistency, and efficiency.
  • Develop and innovate new bread recipes in line with French baking traditions and seasonal trends.
  • Oversee the preparation of a variety of breads including sourdough, baguettes, brioche, and other breads.
  • Monitor dough fermentation, proofing, and baking to achieve optimal flavor and texture.

Skills

Qualifications:

  • Open to Asian nationals
  • Male, 40 years old and below
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in artisan bread baking, with atleast 3 years in a supervisory or sous chef role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills and must have knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP.
