Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Joinery Production Manager located in Muscat. The Joinery Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily joinery production operations, ensuring that projects are completed within deadlines and meet quality standards. The role involves coordinating with design, procurement, and installation teams to streamline production processes, managing a team of production staff, and ensuring compliance with safety and industry regulations.

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints

Key responsibilities
  • Lead a team of carpenters and joiners in the successful completion of high-end residential, commercial, and retail interior fitout projects.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure accurate project specifications and timelines are met.
  • Oversee the production of custom cabinetry, furniture, doors, and woodwork installations.
  • Perform regular quality checks to ensure all work meets design specifications and industry standards.
  • Manage procurement of materials, ensuring cost efficiency while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Train and mentor junior carpenters, ensuring the team maintains top performance.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards on-site, minimizing risks and hazards.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and other trades to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, resolving issues promptly to avoid delays and budget overruns
