Job description

• Two learning tracks: Champions and Managers

• Champions track spanning 3 days

• Focus on advanced customer experience, communication styles, SPIN & FAB selling techniques, objection handling, and post-sale follow-up

• Learning approach based on adult learning principles with interactive, learner-centered techniques such as role plays, case studies, and business storytelling

• Ideal Trainer would be bilingual in English and Arabic

• Strong experience in training salespeople or extensive sales experience (10+ years preferred)

• This is a short-term engagement; freelancers are encouraged to apply

• Experience in the telecom industry is preferred

• Willingness to travel to the on-site location for training

• Arabic speaking skills are preferred
