The role requires expertise in ERP solution selling, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in IT sales. The ideal candidate will identify and close new business opportunities while managing client relationships to achieve sales targets in the region.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years of IT sales experience, with at least 2 years in ERP solution selling.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in Muscat.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for ERP solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closing.
  • Develop sales strategies to achieve targets and expand market presence.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular activity reports to management.

Overview

We are looking for an experienced IT Sales Professional with strong expertise in ERP solution selling to join our growing team in Muscat. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the IT industry, proven success in ERP software sales, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for ERP solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their business needs and aligning them with the right ERP and GRC solutions
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and product presentations to contract negotiation and closing
  • Develop sales strategies to achieve targets and expand market presence in Muscat and across Oman
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ERP and GRC technologies, industry trends, Odoo knowledge is a plus
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular activity reports to management
Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum 3–5 years of IT sales experience, with at least 2 years in ERP solution selling
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in Muscat
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong network within Muscat’s business community is an advantage
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus
